David Fradin: Chief Executive Officer

David Fradin attended the University of Arizona, with dual majors of accounting and finance. In 1995 David created Majestic Investments with a vision to expand his family’s real estate portfolio that began acquiring Real Estate in 1979. Since that time he has facilitated the purchase and sale of over dozens of additional properties. Their current portfolio is diversified with a strategized collection of office, industrial, apartment, and retail income producing property.

David began his career working at his father’s CPA firm. This experience provided his foundation for attention to detail and invaluable knowledge in accounting. At the same time he was overseeing their real estate portfolio, working closely with vendors and tenants. As David expanded their holdings, he oversaw extensive construction projects from remodeling units to ground-up development, often acting as the construction supervisor.

Operating within various job descriptions allowed David to gain experience and knowledge in real estate at a rapid pace. He learned the importance of being hands-on, having an open dialogue with tenants to address their needs and wants, having good relations with vendors so they work diligently on all tasks and scrutinizing all expenses as they directly improve the bottom line. These work ethics, combined with his accounting and finance background, are the fundamentals that have allowed David’s real estate career to flourish, even during a downward market.

David’s strong relationships with major financial institutions and peers within the real estate investment industry are one of the many facets that have allowed Majestic to be a respected and successful company.

Edward H Bruckmann: SVP Finance & Operations

As Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations, Edward Bruckmann is responsible for the direction of the accounting department, managing the debt portfolio and budgeting for the company. He also oversees all facets of property management and operations for Majestic’s portfolio of properties.

Prior Joining Majestic in 2015, Edward worked for American Homes 4 rent, a publicly-traded real estate investment trust focused on the acquisition, renovation, leasing and operation of single-family homes as rental properties, as an Operations Controller. He also worked for The Macerich Company, publicly owned regional mall company that is part of the S&P 500 , for over 13 years holding various positions including Assistance Vice President in Accounting and Senior Manager in Cash Management.

Edward earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from The University of Southern California.
